Welder — Custom Fabrication (Full-Time, First Shift)
A skilled welder is needed to help design and build custom conveyors, stairs, and handrails using high‑quality TIG welding techniques. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on fabrication work, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and thrives in a clean, well‑organized shop environment.
Job Description:- Perform TIG welding, primarily on stainless steel; aluminum welding experience is a plus.
- Read and interpret engineer‑provided blueprints and welding symbols.
- Support the preparation department, including measuring, cutting, and general labor tasks.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and brake presses.
- Contribute to building custom industrial components with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of TIG welding experience in a professional setting.
- Strong experience working with stainless steel.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols.
- Familiarity with general fabrication processes.
- Aluminum welding experience is beneficial but not required.
- A new, clean facility with a spacious shop floor.
- Supportive, team‑oriented culture with opportunities for training and advancement.
- Work alongside both union and non‑union team members, with the option to join the union after the contract period.
- All necessary tools and equipment are provided.
- First shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM. - Overtime available depending on workload.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $24.00/hr.
