• Troubleshoot and maintain machinery to meet production and quality standards
• Perform and document Preventative Maintenance (PM)
• Rebuild equipment and fabricate parts as needed
• Assist with equipment moves and facility maintenance
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Support team operations through communication and collaboration

• 2–4 years of heavy machinery maintenance experience; high school diploma required
• Strong mechanical skills (maintain, troubleshoot, rebuild); basic electrical and schematic reading
• Knowledge of PLCs, servo motors/drives, pneumatics, and Preventative Maintenance programs
• Experience with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, surface grinder); welding a plus
• Safety-focused; familiar with PPE and safety procedures; able to read and communicate in English
• Forklift/scissor lift and Millwright certification are assets
