Warehouse Associate 1st shift

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspecting of cartons, pallets, or parts to support operations.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and complete required paperwork.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock.
• Support machine operators with various tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform general clean‑up duties.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order; report any issues to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Train others when required.
• Actively participate in and support health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.
• Work in a physically active role on or around heavy machinery.
• Demonstrate and uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency beyond a beginner level.
• Ability to use and understand scanning technology.
• Safety‑focused mindset.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to use hand‑held measuring tools.

$17.24 - $23.32 per hour
