In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become a key part of a fast‑paced operation that values safety, precision, and teamwork. This is a hands‑on position working directly on the warehouse floor, supporting production and logistics around heavy machinery

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspecting of cartons, pallets, or parts to support operations
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing required paperwork
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock
• Support machine operators with various tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform general clean‑up duties
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order; report any issues to Supervisor or Lead immediately
• Train others when required
• Actively participate in and support health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives
• Work in a physically active role on or around heavy machinery
• Demonstrate and uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills with proficiency beyond a beginner level
• Ability to use and understand scanning technology
• Safety‑focused mindset
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to use hand‑held measuring tools
