Kärcher – Plastics Machine Operator

Salary range: $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

• Operate a variety of equipment and hand tools to produce plastic parts while meeting scheduling timelines.
• Produce parts according to specifications.
• Start up, shut down machines, and make program changes.
• Balance and change molds on each arm.
• De-flash and inspect parts coming off a roto-mold machine.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of rotational molding experience.
• Experience with hand routers, hand drills, band saw, hand grinder, air ratchets, impact wrench, and other hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.

• Requires close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
