You will feel supported by a stable, multi-doctor team, including a dedicated Lead Veterinarian, working together to achieve the highest standards of care set by the AAHA. Your clinical expertise will be utilized across a wide spectrum of small animal services, emphasizing wellness, prevention, advanced care, and surgical procedures.

As an AAHA accredited facility, our standards are constantly evaluated, ensuring we maintain rigorous benchmarks across nearly every aspect of the hospital—including surgical processes, diagnostic imaging, patient care, and emergency services. This focus on high-quality medicine allows you access to advanced diagnostic tools and protocols necessary to treat complex medical situations effectively. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
