Your responsibilities would include handling assigned Key Accounts. Optimizing operational excellence, account compliance, handling incoming inquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.

These tasks should be completed in a manner that meets company standards for safety, quality, security, and productivity.

Qualifications

Education

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Work Experience

Required:

2-3 years as an account manager or similar role (desired)

Preferred: 5 years of customer support experience

Skills and general experience

  • Must have experience in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Net Suite, Hub Spot, and 3CX preferred but not required.
  • You need to be energetic, highly organized, and self-directed.
  • Ability to read, write and uuid english: (close? ) > required.
  • Basic mathematics knowledge.
  • isbn problem solving, and ability to work with an escalated customer to resolve concerns.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in manual dexterity.
  • Computer skills, spreadsheet, and data entry required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Company product knowledge and experience in the outdoor industry is helpful but not required.
  • uidade- automotive industry knowledge is also beneficial.
Key Elements to Success

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – AMERICA’S

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned House Accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Category Managers and ACMs
  • Monitor account health, sales performance, and our own compliance to Shipping Requirement
  • Ensuring fulfillment and all associated shipping timelines/guidelines are met (from accurate EDI transmission, through Item Allocation, required ASNs, Picking/Packing, Shipment/Tracking and Invoicing)
  • Communicate proactively with accounts regarding upcoming promotions, marketing campaigns, andุล prebook opportunities.
  • Assessing the packaging and delivery of all Item Set-up/Maintenance feeds, digital assets and training resources.
  • As required, assist in the development and execution of brand/product training
  • Partner with CAA teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure all account needs are met.

OPERATIONAL – AMERICA’S

  • Oversee order flow, fulfillment accuracy, and shipment timelines to ensure Service Level Agreement(s) are consistently achieved.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including:
    • Miss-shipments
    • System errors (Order/Net Suite/SPS)
    • Order adjustments and cancellations
    • Damaged shipment reviews and chargebacks
  • Review and approve returns/stock cleansing, ensuring offsetting POs align with contract terms.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to optimize shipping, returns, and inventory flow.
  • Act as the “fixer” by addressing and resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively.

B2B & CRM MANAGEMENT – GLOBAL

  • Work with internal and external sales reps on onboarding new B2B customers.
    • Adhere to all internal SOX compliance requirements.
    • Sending “welcome” letter with account details to sales rep/sales group.
  • Internal support for ensuring B2B is functioning in all areas and maintaining consistent flow of orders and overall User experience.

MAP COMPLIANCE – AMERICA’S

  • Monitor MAP Enforcement – USA & CANADA
  • Updating and distributing the DNS list.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
  • Exceptional skills in time management, organization and teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Net Suite, Excel, SharePoint, Hub Spot, EDI, Portal Link and Power BI (Preferred).
