We are hiring a Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, a drive to excel in fast‑paced environments. Post‑offer background check & drug screen are required.
Receiving Clerk – 1st ShiftMonday – Friday from 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities- Schedule inbound freight and process documentation and inspections.
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal partners to schedule and maintain appointments – utilizing Outlook and the WMS.
- Prepare paperwork and receipt documentation for associates and remove barriers as needed.
- Assess and assign priority loads as defined in partnership with department leadership.
- Data entry and inventory process experience strongly preferred.
- Effectively communicate with associates and display collaboration in completing task assignments.
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
- Complete tasks using hand‑held RF units/scanners.
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.
- Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet.
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
- Responsible for accurately and safely completing assigned tasks.
- General computer and math skills.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
- Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory preferred.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
- General computer skills for basic data entry.
- Maintain a professional demeanor representing Ferguson with non‑Ferguson employees (drivers).

Pay Range: $15.00 – $36.50 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
