Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Need

• 1 year of previous apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong general repair skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable withsnow removal duties and outdoor work in winter
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• HVAC or EPA certification is a plus

Your Workday in Action

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Complete work orders for repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), and general handyman tasks.
• Snow removal around buildings, walkways, and parking areas during the winter months.
• Assist with unit turns and inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
