We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the area and full relocation assistance is provided.

• Support Epic’s growth as it expands offerings and enters new global markets.
• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and management of litigation.
• Match responsibility level to skill set with rapid increase as expertise develops.

• Strong academic and professional background in law.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
