The Role
This role maintains and optimizes Windows-based systems within a classified environment, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance across production systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, virtualization, and network layers; manage system updates and lifecycle activities; support secure configurations and patching efforts; and collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to maintain operational readiness. This is a hands-on position in a mission-driven environment with responsibility across multiple infrastructure domains.

 Administer and maintain Production, Pre-Production, and Development Windows-based systems.
 Execute patch management, system updates, and software deployments in accordance with security and operational requirements.
 Perform system lifecycle management, including implementation, upgrades, optimization, and decommissioning of enterprise infrastructure.
 Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system diagrams
 Execute controlled data transfers

🧠 What You’ll Bring
 Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
 Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management)
 Virtualization platforms (Nutanix AHV or VMware vSphere/ESXi)
 Enterprise switching and firewall platforms (Cisco switching, Palo Alto firewalls)
 Patch management and lifecycle management (WSUS or equivalent)
 Microsoft Exchange administration
 Power Shell scripting for administration and automation
 Backup and Disaster recovery (Cohesity)
 STIG Implementation and Vulnerability Remediation 🔐 Security Requirements
US Citizenship is required to meet government regulations  Active TS/SCI clearance with poly (required)
