• Operate as an OS Administrator for Linux (Windows experience is helpful). Install and configure the OS, and resolve issues via internal help desk tickets.

• Five (5) years of experience as an OS SA, preferably in a Cloud environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with LINUX environments.
• Minimum of 3+ years providing operations support.
• Ability to work with third-party hosting teams, preferably Cloud Service Providers.
• Ability to configure Linux servers from scratch, including disk layout and partitioning, OS installation, and package configuration.
• Demonstrated ability in network troubleshooting and a basic understanding of network concepts.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing and editing technical documentation.
• Ability to automate day-to-day operations using bash, perl, or python scripting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Must interact effectively with customers, developers, and end-users.

Candidate must be a US Citizen, willing to obtain an ADP I or ADP II clearance, and ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 6 months of hire date.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Ten (10) years of experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

• Windows SA experience.
• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or other automation tools.
• Experience developing processes and procedures, working with AWS, SELinux.
• Experience in AWS environment working with EC2 instances.
• Experience with managing backups and restores.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 125,000 to 140,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
