Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for Structureclearance.
Requirements- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
- This position is open to multiple levels: two (2) years of relevant experience within the last five (5) years is required. Level 04 requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years, Level 03 requires a minimum of twelve (12) years, Level 02 requires a minimum of nine (09) years, Level 01 requires a minimum of six (06) years.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or five (5) years of additional systems‑administration experience on projects with similar processes may substitute for the degree.
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help‑desk problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Manage daily activities of configuration and operation
XAxis. - Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
- Provide support for day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storagewerkt network devices, mobile devices, and more.
- Handle escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization; conduct capacity analysis and planning.
- Demonstrate in‑depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems and provide detailed analysis and feedback interagency management for escalated tickets.
- Support the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, or other applicable operating systems; install/load OS software, maintain integrity of and configure network components, and implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
