Engineering Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with strong expertise in AWS Cloud
, modern data platforms
, and AI/ML-driven transformation
.

This role combines presales solutioning and delivery execution
, working with global enterprise clients to design and deliver large-scale cloud, data, and AI modernization programs.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AWS services
, have working knowledge of Azure and GCP
, and be capable of bridging business discussions with technical execution
.

Partner with global enterprise customers (especially ANZ region) to identify modernization opportunities in cloud
, data
, and AI platforms.

Architect cloud-native, data-driven solutions on AWS with focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.

Create reference architectures
, modernization roadmaps
, and technical proposals aligned with customer business goals.

Lead RFP/RFI responses
, client workshops, and technical deep dives for cloud/data/AI transformation initiatives.

Build customer confidence through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for data modernization and AI/ML workloads
.

Transition presales solutions into successful delivery and execution.

Provide end-to-end technical leadership across architecture design, implementation, data migration, and AI/ML pipeline setup.

Drive best practices in cloud adoption, data engineering, cost governance, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
.

Infrastructure: EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, ELB, Auto Scaling

PaaS: RDS, Dynamo

DB, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate, Step Functions

Security & Compliance: IAM, AWS Organizations, WAF, Guard Duty, Cloud Trail

Data & AI/ML (Modernization Focus):

AI/ML Services: Sage Maker, Comprehend, Rekognition; integration with Tensor Flow or Py Torch

MLOps & Orchestration: MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow (preferred)

Data Governance: Designing data lakes/lake houses and defining modernization strategies

Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures

Dev Ops & Automation:

Proficiency in CI/CD
, Git Ops
, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,
Information Technology
, or related discipline.

10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in cloud/data/AI modernization roles.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred).

Strong ability to bridge presales solutioning with delivery execution
.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills
, with ability to present to CXOs and technical audiences alike.

Industry experience in Finance
, Healthcare
, or Retail transformation.

Hands-on exposure to container orchestration (EKS, AKS, GKE).

Familiarity with real-time streaming and advanced analytics platforms.
