Lead IT T&PE – Aurora, CO

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Lead the technology component for customers in Factories and Labs as the local face for any Technology & Platform Engineering (T&PE) products.
- Keep customers informed about product portfolio, roadmap and specific planned activities affecting them while collecting feedback on product value and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in all local IT projects, ensuring accurate adoption of T&PE products, methodologies, standards, and guidelines to guarantee quality of delivered work and alignment to project requirements.
- Plan and manage local T&PE budget in collaboration with product teams, local T&PE vendors, contracts, and procurement management, ensuring all expenditures are documented, budgeted, and approved per local and PMI requirements.
- Coordinate hands‑on last‑mile local activities (projects and incidents) for infrastructure aligned with the T&PE operational model, managing local contractors and global vendors while acting as escalation point for critical incidents or deliverables that do not match customer needs.
- Monitor, execute, or enforce activities in line with compliance requirements and vulnerability reduction goals.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; commutable distance to Aurora, CO.
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, preferably with Managed Services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
- Strong knowledge of network management (CCNA or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of on‑prem hosting services (MCSA, VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Experience with Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for IT infrastructure services.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT infrastructure.
- Basic Service Management knowledge (ITIL or similar).
- Strong experience in vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management.
$105,600 - $132,000
