: $115,000 - $135,000 annually with full Government benefits (W-2)

This program supports the development of next-generation satellite mission management and command-and-control systems for U.S. defense and intelligence operations. The selected engineer will play a key role on a large-scale satellite ground system initiative
, providing leadership and technical direction to Agile software development teams while ensuring all system components are properly integrated, verified, and validated before release to operations.

This position is 100% on-site in Aurora, Colorado.

We are seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to lead and execute test strategies for a high-visibility satellite ground system program. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical systems meet all performance and reliability requirements

You will be responsible for executing the integration and test architecture
, developing and maintaining the verification strategy
, and driving validation efforts across multiple software and hardware subsystems.

• Execute the programs test strategy
  , including test process development, baseline definition, and system verification and validation.

• Lead integration and test activities across Agile software development teams.

• Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and government representatives to ensure alignment and test readiness.

• Direct and support a multidisciplinary team consisting of internal staff, subcontractors, and leased labor.

• Conduct regression testing
  , resolve discrepancy reports
  , and support system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  .

• Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

• 5+ years of experience as an Integration and/or Test Engineer in a software development environment.

• Proven experience with system troubleshooting
  , test execution
  , and defect resolution
  .

• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

• Ability to obtain a Polygraph after hire.

• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).

• Familiarity with automated test tools such as Cucumber

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Python scripting for automation or analysis.
