Position Overview:
This HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted guide, helping local teams navigate business challenges and opportunities through on‑site HR visibility and strategic partnership.
Work Location:
2 sites in Colorado Springs and Aurora. Weekly travel between sites is required.
Work Schedule:
Flexible on‑site schedule with occasional after‑business‑hours availability.
Compensation/Benefits:
Annual salary $90,000‑$95,000 plus bonus, PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
Travel: 50% travel between two Colorado sites and additional locations as needed.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and identify trends and solutions. - Talent Management:
Drive high‑volume talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, creating development plans and enhancing performance. - Employee Relations:
Handle complex employee relations issues, manage conflict resolution processes, and represent the organization at hearings and investigations. - Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, support managers, and provide coaching opportunities. - HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure policies are up‑to‑date and compliant with local and state legal requirements. - Data‑Driven Insights:
Utilize HRIS tools to analyze metrics, present reports to senior management on HR trends and opportunities. - Culture and Engagement:
Champion initiatives that promote company culture, enhance satisfaction and retention through surveys and programs. - Safety First:
Enforce company safety rules, follow Good Manufacturing Practices and bring noncompliance issues to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of on‑site HR management or HR leadership with a track record of managing HR functions and teams.
- Experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and practical solutions to complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible on‑site schedule and after‑hours availability.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR).
- ADP Workforce HRIS experience.
