* Job Summary:

** The Lounge Server responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and providing personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for providing food and beverage service while maintaining a clean and safe lounge environment.
** Essential Functions and Duties:
** Attends to guest requests and ensures a positive lounge experience.

*** Required Experience, Education, and

Skills:

** One year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Ability to perform basic computer and POS system functions. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing high-quality guest experiences.
