Accepting Applications for 1/20/2026 Hire Date - NEW Facility. Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring Safety Support Professionals (Security Officers) as part of an expansion tied to the launch of the Potomac Pavilion, scheduled to open in early 2026. This new facility will unify a 24/7 Detox Unit, 16-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Crisis Walk-In Center (WIC), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) under one roof.
We are building a Safety and Security Team to support a 24/7 safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff across multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare or mental health settings, strong crisis response and communication skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
