Clinical Supply Associate

My client is seeking a Clinical Supply Associate to play a critical role in ensuringational products reach patients safely, compliantly, and on time. This role sits at the center of clinical trial execution, directly impacting study continuity, patient access, and regulatory integrity. Location:

Remote 3 month contract

• Be essential to the success of global clinical trials and patient outcomes
• Own end-to-end investigational product supply chain execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth clinical research environment

• Support demand forecasting and master supply planning across clinical trial phases
• Coordinate global shipment of investigational product, including customs and import/export requirements
• Monitor inventory, labeling, packaging, and depot readiness
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GCP, and GDP requirements
• Support reconciliation, return, and destruction of investigational product at study close

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
• Strong understanding of clinical supply chain logistics
• Ability to interpret protocols and translate them into supply plans
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable pivoting quickly to resolve urgent supply issues
