About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to co‑lead our Crisis Services Program, comprising a Walk‑In Crisis Center (WIC) and Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The role will oversee day‑to‑day operations, staff supervision, and coordination of referrals to outpatient and higher levels of care. The Clinical Manager must have crisis management and supervisory experience, working knowledge of M1 procedures, and a hands‑on approach to supporting staff.
ScheduleFull‑time onsite position at our 24/7 Walk‑In Crisis Center. Responsibilities split between front and back halves of the week with a 4x10 day shift schedule (Sunday–Wednesday and Wednesday–Saturday). Available to choose from both sides of the week.
Sign‑On Bonus$7,000 sign‑on bonus (eligible for full‑time positions, 50% paid on first paycheck, 50% after 6 months).
Salary- Licensed Psychologist: $ – $ per year
- Licensed Therapist: $79,809.60 – $ per year
- Lead staff, maintain team focus & direction; provide performance feedback, coaching, and hire/fire as needed.
- Monitor work schedules, approve time‑off requests, and communicate with external stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient transition of clients between services; manage referrals and case assignments.
- Handle client and community agency complaints efficiently.
- Develop new services to meet community needs.
- Ensure clinical and fiscal paperwork and online records are completed promptly.
- Advocate for services at community and state levels.
- Maintain budget adherence for program.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a license‑eligible field.
- Current Colorado licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD). Licensure from another state acceptable if Colorado licensure will be obtained within 30 days.
- At least three years of experience in a behavioral health setting with administrative responsibility.
- Strong theoretical knowledge related to clinical treatment.
- Consistent treatment philosophy with organization goals.
- Excellent management, communication, and screening skills.
- Experience in assessing and treating mental health and substance use concerns.
