• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality
• Assist in billing and coding tasks
• Handle any patient concerns or complaints in a compassionate and efficient manner
