House of Hearts ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated BCBA, to help expand our presence in the state! We specialize in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and via telehealth. Our mission is to provide compassionate, effective, and life-changing behavioral services to families in need.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BCBA who will take the lead in managing a caseload, providing in-person school supervision while leveraging telehealth for in-home cases. Ensuring high-quality clinical services, and building relationships with schools and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Oversee and provide high-quality ABA therapy services for a diverse caseload of clients

• School-Based Supervision (In-Person): Conduct direct on-site supervision of RBTs and behavioral programming in school settings In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Provide remote supervision, assessments, and caregiver training for in-home cases Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (via telehealth or in person), develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure implementation fidelity

• Collaboration & Growth: Help establish relationships with local schools, referral sources, and families to grow House of Hearts ABA’s presence.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all ABA services align with state regulations, insurance guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.

• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy practices.

• Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and patient care protocols.

• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and data protection.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and empathy.
