CVS health has an exciting new opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician on our Care Plus Specialty Pharmacy team in Aurora, CO. The team specializes in MS, Oncology, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases.

As part of the team, you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies and channels.

• You will be able to lift and ship prescriptions up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure medication has been filled correctly and be responsible for accurately entering prescription information as needed.
• Contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date; perform refill reminder calls.
• Accurately fill medication orders and prepare orders for delivery.
• Packing/shipping medication orders via various carriers for final delivery to the patient.
• Maintain adequate inventory and manage inventory functions.
• Assist walk-in customers and support related pharmacy operations.
• Work a guaranteed 40-hour work week with consistent schedules; no weekends or major holidays (store hours Monday–Friday 8am–6pm).
• This is an onsite position in Aurora, CO.

• 6+ months of pharmacy technician experience or graduate of a pharmacy technician program.
• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of Colorado.

• CVS experience.
• Specialty pharmacy experience.
• National pharmacy technician certification.

Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Full time

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
