State Clinical Director; Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA – Colorado

As the State Clinical Director – Colorado, you’ll play a key role in shaping ABA services for families across the state. We believe in:

• Manageable caseloads with BCBA-to-client ratios designed for quality supervision

• Dedicated time for caregiver meetings (2x/month) and treatment plan updates

• Central Reach platform for streamlined, tech-enabled ABA

• Leadership that values collaboration, transparency, and clinical excellence

• Serve as the State Clinical Director – Colorado, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals

• Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring

• Balance in-home and telehealth services across assigned cases

• Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members

• Experience with both in-home and center-based services

• Comfort with technology-based ABA tools

• Must be able to relocate to New Hampshire prior to starting
