Medical Assistant – Full‑Time – 4 Day Work Week – Aurora, CO

• Delegate duties to office staff, manage operational issues, and ensure adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
• Support relationship‑based care and maintain accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Conduct training sessions, review patient care protocols, and ensure compliance with infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
