Key Responsibilities Pre‑Mobilization / LNTP Phase
  • Lead LNTP and pre‑mobilization setup by managing documentation, permits, contracts, scopes, and early procurement while supporting budget development and overall execution planning.
  • Support the Project Manager through client coordination, meeting preparation, scope and drawing review, and ensuring project requirements, estimates, and planning documents are accurate and aligned.
Construction

  • Draft and review subcontract agreements, lead pre‑task planning meetings, and coordinate first‑article build approvals to ensure clarity, safety, quality, and proper construction sequencing.
  • Support quality and compliance efforts by maintaining required documentation and assisting with Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting, domestic content verification, and labor‑related requirements.
Meetings / Reports
  • Prepare agendas, gather field data, compile progress updates, and support client‑facing presentations and project reporting across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Coordinate three‑week look‑ahead schedules, participate in weekly cost reviews, and work with Construction and Trade Superintendents to align labor, materials, subcontractors, and critical path activities.
  • Support subcontractor management by tracking performance, resolving field issues, and reviewing invoices for accuracy, percent‑complete validation, and proper documentation.
Engineering
  • Oversee the Project Engineer's participation in detailed page‑turn reviews of engineering drawings to verify consistency, identify constructability issues, and coordinate with Engineering and field teams on required clarifications.
  • Ensure the Project Engineer is processing, tracking, and logging all submittals and transmittals between engineering, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring timely review cycles and up‑to‑date document control.
Financial / Project Controls
  • Support project financial controls by forecasting cost flows, preparing WIP reports, updating percent‑complete data, and identifying variances for leadership review.
  • Assist with change management and contractual communication by gathering backup for change orders, documenting impacts, and drafting formal project notices.
  • Contribute to overall schedule management by gathering field progress data, identifying risks, and helping update the project schedule with the PM, CM, and scheduler.
Approvals
  • Perform variable cost calculations by analyzing labor hours, equipment usage, and production rates to support billing, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
  • Review and validate invoices for variable‑cost work items, ensuring alignment with field progress, contract terms, and supporting documentation before approval.
Qualifications
  • 4–7+ years of construction experience; utility‑scale solar, BESS, HV, industrial, commercial construction or heavy civil experience preferred.
