Quality Manager

The salary range for this position is $ - $ depending on experience, and bonus opportunity.

• Lead project teams focused on the identification, standardization, and implementation of quality process improvements across the entire organization to directly impact Quality KPIs.
• Directs and supports coordinating quality relevant new product development activities (APQP, FMEA, etc.)
• Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve systemic quality defects originating from newly launched or externally sourced products.
• Create and manage customer quality data collection systems in order to identify systemic quality defects
• Coordinate data collection, issue analysis, and information distribution of systemic customer quality issues.
• Own and facilitate all activities necessary for ISO 9001 preparation, successful certification, and ongoing retention.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, process, or manufacturing engineering, along with at least 4 years of quality-specific work experience.
• Ability to use SAP and/or Wind Chill software recommended
• Process engineering skills required
• Project management skills required; must be able to make a committed plan and yield expected results including meeting budget and time constraints
• Six Sigma and Lean experience preferred
