What

You Will Do
  • Day-to-day management of closed area construction projects working closely with Raytheon Facility Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders as well as government agencies.
  • Ensuring closed area construction is compliant with applicable standards.
  • Conducting assessments of existing space to determine security vulnerabilities, assisting in the design of modifications to ensure compliance, and providing other site security management responsibilities.
  • Creating physical assessment documents, compliance documents, photographic records of construction progress and final accreditation packages.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel on company business
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point)
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point) and other web-based computer programs
  • Knowledge of ICD/ICS 705 processes and construction standards
  • Knowledge of NISPOM processes and construction standards
  • Knowledge of building construction materials, standards, and practices

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
