Leidos is seeking a Chief Integration Engineer to lead the FLITE+ integration effort at Buckley Space Force Base. In this pivotal role, you will provide senior technical leadership for Missile Warning Integration and Test, driving the successful integration of FORGE capabilities across a complex, mission-critical enterprise.
As the integration authority for Missile Warning, you will guide technical direction, orchestrate cross-program integration activities, and ensure the FORGE environment evolves with resilience, interoperability, and mission alignment. Your expertise will directly influence how the Missile Warning enterprise connects, communicates, and delivers capability to the warfighter.
Telecommuting 50%:
Candidates must live within commuting distance of Buckley SFB, CO.

What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the Chief Integration Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test, providing authoritative leadership across all integration activities.
- Lead and mentor the Missile Warning Integration team, ensuring technical rigor, alignment, and execution excellence.
- Deliver senior-level, independent technical and management expertise to drive successful integration of the FORGE architecture.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations for improving Missile Warning system integration, interoperability, and performance.
- Maintain deep familiarity with adjacent technologies, programs, and interfaces that impact or integrate with Missile Warning systems.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 17+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience supporting Missile Warning system integration across complex mission environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical leadership and shape integration strategy for enterprise-level systems
