** Job Description*
* *** Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance**
* This position is responsible for performing Planning & Scheduling activities for a Large EPC project. This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training, and coaching in a team of Planning & Scheduling specialists. Acting as a key resource on a project team, the role will require collaboration at all levels, including: client representatives, Fluor management and functional leads.
- Updating of the project schedule periodically in line with the approved Project Controls Reporting Plan
- valuation of impacts from deviations identified according to the project change management process
- Maintenance of the schedule for all approved changes after baseline in line with the project change management project.
- Coordination with discipline leads for maintaining the integration between the project schedule and control level schedules.
-Performance of analyses for monitoring adherence to the schedule, including flagging and communication of deviations to the baseline.
- Preparation of schedule what-if scenarios as required to support the implementation of proposed mitigations and accelerations
- Preparation of schedule deliverables in support of internal and external project reporting needs
- Initiation of a schedule re-baseline process if actioned after any of the forecasted triggering events has been triggered.
- Participate in Schedule Risk Analysis effort throughout project
- Other duties as assigned
Basic
Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fifteen (15) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nineteen (19) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Other duties as assigned
