LocationAurora, Colorado – Rushmore D‑Site
RoleManager Systems Engineering 2 (MSENG‑2) for the Rushmore D‑Site team.
Responsibilities- Managing members of the Rushmore D‑Site Operations team
- Driving execution and scheduling of 24/7 operations with periodic special activities
- Effective collaboration across IPTs to innovate and improve CONOPs and introduce efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline plus 8 years of engineering experience OR Master’s degree in a STEM discipline plus 6 years of engineering experience
- Proven leadership experience on a project and/or team
- Active in scope DoD Top Secret Clearance OR SCI Access at time of application
- Ability to obtain/pass CI Poly Examination prior to start date
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership and team building skills in an operations setting
- Experience working with a cross‑disciplinary, multi‑contractor team
- Experience in complex systems in an operational environment
- Ability to interface effectively with senior management, peers, employees and customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
