Facilities in Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, and Highlands Ranch.

Travel is once per week on average. This may change per unit's needs.

Job Details:

a. Updates CAD drawings. Updates project log. Develops space designs. Maintains square footage calculations of facilities for CMS and other entity requirements.

b. Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.

c. Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success

d. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

e. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Experience

Required:

At least 1 year of experience as Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

Experience Preferred: 3 yrs project experience with CAD and Space design. Highly preferred

Please note:

Milage is not compensable, travel time is. If your candidate is hired, they would clock in at their first location in Aurora and then clock out at the same facility at the end of the day or at their last worksite. Please speak with me if you need further clarification on this.
