Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

● Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Board Eligibility in Neurology with a Special Competence in Child Neurology.

● 0-4 years of experience as an attending physician and academic qualifications to fulfill requirements of associate professor rank.

● Experience with program development, teaching or research commensurate with associate professor rank.

● Examples of scholarship commensurate with assistant professor rank

● DEA certificate

Condition of Employment:

● Must successfully pass a drug test through Children's Hospital Colorado

● Must be willing and able to pass a national criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills.

● Broad knowledge and clinical skills in general pediatric neurology and neuromuscular disorders.
