you’ll do
We are expecting you to have a joyful personality as you will be our first point of contact when patients walk into our office and call in on the phone. You will play a vital role in the patient experience, scheduling, communication, reporting and daily office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to multitask.
- Able to be taught and eager to learn our systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of Open Dental, Doctible, insurance portals, Word, and Excel
- Greet/check-in & check-out patients
- Assist patients with completing new patient forms (in office or via email/text)
- Take and log daily payments; run and reconcile end-of-day totals
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Call, text, email, fax, and mail patient reminders, billing, instructions etc.
- Chart patient interactions and insurance notes accurately
- Track and manage lab cases to ensure readiness for procedures
- Open and close the office as needed
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stocking of front desk and waiting area
- Stock and clean patient coffee area, fridge, humidifier, magazines, tables, and chairs
- Create office materials such as community treatment day flyers
- Support team members
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality/HIPAA standards, and a patient-focused attitude
Our team is professional, kind, and compassionate for the patients we treat. We have an atmosphere of teamwork with the knowledge that no task is beneath any of us. We have a newly renovated space in a professional medical office with easy access, safety and great parking. Our team consists of two owner-dentists, three front office personnel, three assistants, and three hygienists.
Our dental office has been serving generations of families, for over 60 years, through exceptional oral healthcare by creating a safe, comfortable and honest environment.
We are Christian dentists, and we enjoy making our patients and team feel like family. We serve our community locally through “Community Treatment Days” in our office, participating in the annual Colorado Mission of Mercy, and serve globally through international missions. We treat others only as we would want to be treated.

Hours (37 hours):- Monday: you are off!
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:15 am – 6:15 pm (one hour lunch break!)
- Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm (no lunch break and out early!)
