We are seeking a Dental Hygiene Instructor to educate, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in dental hygiene. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction while supporting student development, academic success, and professional readiness.

• Deliver engaging didactic and/or clinical instruction in dental hygiene coursework.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and accreditation standards.
• Supervise students in lab and clinical settings, ensuring patient safety and best practices.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, competencies, and clinical assessments.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus leadership to support program outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

• Active Dental Hygiene license (state‑appropriate or eligible).
• Associate’s degree or higher in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).
• Prior teaching, precepting, or clinical training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and student success.
