Superintendent, Construction

A well-established Colorado general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, healthcare, education, municipal and multifamily projects.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedule and drive production to meet milestones
• Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards on-site
• Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate effectively with project management teams
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
• Foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience with healthcare, education, commercial, or multifamily projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building systems (structural, MEP, interiors)
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
