Utilities One is seeking a qualified Civil Foreman for the Colorado market.
We offer an opportunity to put your experience in Wireless Construction to good use, working in a fast‑paced and challenging environment for one of the fastest‑growing construction companies in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a crew of 3–4 civil technicians
- Interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and job orders as needed
- Ensuring that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained
- Ensuring the job is completed on time and within budget
- Hiring, training, and supporting new crew members
- Understanding and adhering to all digging laws; overall team captain
- Recording all crew performance and performing daily/weekly reports
- At least 3–5 years of Civil Construction experience
- At least 1 year of Civil Foreman or similar role experience
- Experience in concrete work and operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, etc.
- Ability to travel for work to different job sites within the region
- Ability to interpret and understand the scope of work for Civil/Electrical projects
- Good understanding of basic electrical codes/standards in the wireless industry
- A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Electrical license/certifications are a plus
- Per diem for meals and paid hotels while traveling
