Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities:

· Assist the Executive of PRE with daily administrative duties such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Executive's behalf.

· Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.

· Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organize catering when needed.

· Draft and prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and memos.

· Coordinate and arrange travel.

· Manage Executive’s calendar and prioritize the most sensitive matters.

· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

· Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.

· Work directly with the Executive to support all aspects of daily work routine.

· Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

· 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience.

· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

· Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

· Professional discretion required.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Pay Equity

· $75,000 - $85,000

Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule and is dependent upon experience, qualifications and competencies. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
