Job Summary

Hybrid work location. This role ensures compliance with institutional, federal, and sponsor regulations while providing strategic financial oversight and operational support to the principal investigator, other faculty and administrative staff working on university and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications for Senior Level

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of professional‑level experience in business operations and financial oversight.
  • Experience with project management.

Minimum Qualifications for Principal Professional Level

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Three years of professional‑level experience in business operations and financial oversight.
  • Experience with project management.

Preferred Qualifications for Senior Level

  • Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of professional‑level experience in business operations and financial oversight.
  • Experience working in an academic or research setting.
  • Experience with grant finances management.

Preferred Qualifications for Principal Professional Level

  • Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Four years of professional‑level experience in business operations and financial oversight.
  • Experience working in an academic or research setting.
  • Experience with grant finances management.
