Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies for engagement and collaboration with assigned firms to enhance business growth and retention.
- Manage existing contracts and pricing agreements while negotiating new formal agreements with targeted firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and maintain high retention rates.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in Benefits Consulting or Sales / Account Management within the prescription benefits industry.
- Broker relations experience is essential
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and create innovative solutions.
- Strong planning and analytical skills with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
