Summary:

The Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a board-certified Nephrology physician scientist at the Assistant Professor level with training and interest in deciphering novel mechanisms of disease in lupus nephritis. Primary responsibilities include conducting impactful research in immune-complex disease and lupus nephritis, with clinical duties in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis services. The candidate should have a record of scholarly productivity and mentorship.

The candidate will be recommended for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • 25-30% clinical effort on the inpatient, outpatient and dialysis services

Minimum Qualifications

Timeline and Pay

Screening of applications begins immediately and continues until January 26, 2026. Anticipated pay range: $220,000–$230,000. This position may be eligible for overtime depending on the level. Total compensation includes health plans and retirement contributions.
