The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities- Interface with production, sales, planning, engineering, quality, sourcing, and suppliers to purchase materials to meet production demand.
- Place daily and accurate purchase orders; manage acknowledgements, delivery, procurement follow‑up, and expediting of materials.
- Resolve invoices, material discrepancies, vendor returns, inventory turns, and scheduling/re‑scheduling purchase orders to reflect demand changes.
- Communicate with suppliers, including open order reviews and RMA resolution.
- Evaluate and resolve manufacturing material quality and supply issues.
- Work cross‑functionally with other departments to meet short‑ and long‑term business goals.
- Support commodity leaders in assigned commodities to meet business requirements.
- Manage pricing updates, PPV resolution, and reporting.
- Execute all functions from initial intent to purchase through delivery of material or service.
- Solicit and evaluate proposals, employing negotiation, cost, and price analysis techniques and utilizing available expertise; execute purchase contracts within company and government regulations.
- Determine potential sources, stimulate competition, and manage all required reporting, analysis, and KPIs to support Supply Chain strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college असल्यास or university.
- 1‑3 years of experience in purchasing, planning, sourcing or material management.
- Experience with planning systems – SAP preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently müdd and drive process improvement projects.
