- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
