Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients as they prefer to be scheduled.
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
- Provide other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Provide a welcoming, personalized client experience.
- Assist clients in scheduling and coordinating with the right tax professional.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and professional office presentation.

$11.00 - $27.00/Hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on factors like experience, education, skill, and location.
