What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, consumables, and critical components
Organize, label, and track inventory to ensure quick and efficient retrieval
Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels
Coordinate parts purchasing with Procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS (e.g., FIIX, Asset Essentials, MP2, eMaint)
Ensure all work orders contain required details: labor hours, parts used, equipment downtime, corrective actions, and follow-up work
Liaise with external vendors for purchasing, repairs, calibration, and specialty services
Assist with scheduling contractors, ensuring contractor safety, and verifying completion of work
Track vendor performance, pricing, service intervals, and delivery times
Assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors in planning and tracking maintenance-related projects, shutdown activities, and equipment installations.
Provide administrative support for lean and reliability initiatives, including 5S, SMED, and standardized work
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
Previous experience in maintenance administration, inventory control, or manufacturing support roles
Hands‑on experience with a CMMS (FIIX, Asset Essentials, SAP PM, AMMS, MP2, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of reliability concepts, preventive and predictive maintenance
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with parts catalogs, equipment manuals, and maintenance BOMs
Knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management
Compensation Expectation: $90,/annually
