Job Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic shawarmas (wraps, plates, open shawarma, etc.)
Prepare fresh salads, dressings, and toppings
Handle marination, grilling, slicing meat/veg properly
Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards
Ensure portion control and consistency in taste
Manage chopping, cutting, and basic kitchen prep work
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service

Key Skills Required :
Knowledge of shawarma preparation & sauces
Experience in salad preparation & plating
Basic understanding of kitchen operations
Speed, cleanliness, and teamwork attitude
Salary:
Based on experience + incentives (mention range if you want)
Work Timing: 1st Shift - 8
