This is structure and craft work involving the minor construction and repair of structures. Responsibilities include repairing and renovating existing buildings. Work includes reading and reviewing detailed construction blueprints of large renovation projects; estimating work materials required to complete the job; planning and laying out the work to be completed. Employees in this class are distinguished by the requirement to perform work related to the construction and repair and maintenance of buildings.
Work is performed under limited supervision.
Four (4) years education and/or experience in masonry and finish carpentry work.
