Summary
Director, Sales – CX Tech & CCaaS Partner – Genesys. This high‑level individual contributor role, with no direct reports, is a Work‑at‑Home USA position. The role focuses on building, expanding, and closing a net‑new enterprise pipeline in partnership with Genesys, driving Concentrix CX Tech and CCaaS adoption, and securing transformational technology deals.
Responsibilities- Originate, build, expand, and close a net‑new enterprise pipeline.
- Co‑plan and co‑sell proactively with Genesys sellers, avoiding inbound‑only engagements.
- Engage VP and CXO decision makers and buying committees in Fortune 500 and other strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive Concentrix CX Tech adoption, CCaaS upgrades, and large revenue‑impacting transformation opportunities.
- Craft compelling commercial value propositions that drive ROI and measurable business impact.
- Represent the company at key partner and CCaaS events to network, prospect, and accelerate pipeline.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiate deals, and align internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and weekly rhythm with Sales Leadership.
- Ensure post‑sale success and account expansion opportunities to unlock future growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets.
- Oversee contract negotiations in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Provide internal and external sales enablement.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and enhance client experiences.
- Prepare for moderate travel to support the role and initiatives.
- Extensive enterprise technology (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/CCaaS) sales experience in Fortune 500 environments; a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to originate pipeline, not merely receive it, and close large transformational deals.
- Existing enterprise relationships strongly preferred.
- Experience co‑selling with partners, ideally Genesys (strong partner co‑sell DNA required).
- Executive‑level communication and storytelling ability.
- Highly proactive, self‑directed, and commercially sharp operator.
- Consultative, value‑based selling skills.
- Ability to influence cross‑functionally and drive action in a matrixed environment.
- Trusted advisory status with customers and colleagues, establishing trust and credibility.
The annual base salary range for this position is $142,720–$178,400 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Travel RequirementsPrepare for moderate travel to support initiatives.
