As a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. • Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly move between the salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates in getting the job done and maintain a team‑player attitude.
• Act with integrity, always following AEO policies and procedures.

• Interacting with people is your passion.
• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 18 years old.
